Treatments
Tailored Treatment for Lasting Relief
Sports Massage
Tight muscles around the elbow and forearm can put extra strain on the joint, making pain worse. A deep tissue sports massage helps release tension, improve circulation, and reduce discomfort, so you can move more freely.
Myofascial Release
If your elbow feels stiff or restricted, myofascial release can help. This technique works by easing tension in the soft tissue and fascia, improving flexibility and reducing tightness in the elbow, forearm, and wrist.
Posture Correction Therapy
Repetitive strain, poor lifting technique, or bad posture can contribute to elbow pain. We assess your movement patterns and posture to identify any issues that could be making the problem worse, then provide simple corrections to ease strain on your elbow.
Rehabilitation & Strength Exercises
Strengthening the muscles around your elbow is key to long-term recovery. We design personalised rehab programmes with targeted exercises to build strength, restore movement, and prevent the issue from coming back.
