Treatments
How We Ease Your Tension
Sports Massage
A targeted, deep-tissue massage designed to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and help your body recover. If tight muscles or stress are contributing to your neck pain, this can be a highly effective way to ease discomfort and restore movement.
Myofascial Release
This gentle but powerful technique helps release restrictions in the soft tissues surrounding your muscles. By reducing tightness in the fascia, we can improve movement, ease pain, and help prevent future stiffness.
Posture Correction Therapy
Poor posture is a leading cause of neck pain, especially for those who spend hours at a desk or looking at screens. We’ll assess your posture and give you the right exercises and advice to reduce strain on your neck and improve your overall movement.
Rehabilitation & Strength Exercises
A strong, flexible neck is less likely to develop pain or injuries. Our rehab programmes focus on strengthening weak muscles, improving flexibility, and helping you move more freely and confidently.
