Treatments
Start Moving Freely Again
Sports Massage
Tight, overworked muscles can cause discomfort and limit movement in your shoulders. A deep tissue sports massage helps release tension, improve circulation, and ease stiffness, so you can move more comfortably.
Myofascial Release
If your shoulders feel stiff or restricted, myofascial release can help. This technique works by gently releasing tension in the connective tissue, improving flexibility and reducing discomfort in the shoulders and upper back.
Posture Correction Therapy
Slouching, hunching over screens, or carrying heavy loads incorrectly can all contribute to shoulder pain. We assess your posture, identify problem areas, and provide exercises to improve alignment and reduce strain on your shoulders.
Rehabilitation & Strength Exercises
Strengthening the muscles around your shoulders is key to reducing pain and preventing injuries. We create tailored rehab programmes with targeted exercises to help stabilise your shoulders and improve overall mobility.
