Sports Massage
Tight muscles around the hips, lower back and legs can quickly lead to pain and stiffness. A deep tissue sports massage works to release tension, ease discomfort, and get you moving more freely.
Myofascial Release
If your hips feel locked or restricted, myofascial release helps by easing tension in the soft tissues, improving flexibility, and reducing that feeling of tightness through the hips and lower back.
Posture Correction Therapy
Poor posture and uneven movement patterns are common causes of hip pain. We’ll assess how you sit, stand and move to spot the things putting extra strain on your hips - then help you correct them with simple changes.
Rehabilitation & Strength Exercises

You can book an appointment quickly and easily through our website. If you’re unsure which treatment is best for you, we also offer a free consultation call to point you in the right direction.
Wear something comfortable that allows easy movement. If we need to access your neck and shoulders, you may be asked to remove your top.
You don’t need to bring anything specific, but if you have any relevant medical reports or details of past treatments, they can be helpful in understanding your condition.
We accept card and contactless payments at the clinic. Payment is taken at the end of your session.
We understand that plans change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
