Treatments
Getting You Moving Again
Sports Massage
Tight muscles and built-up tension are common causes of lower back pain. A deep tissue sports massage helps release knots, improve circulation, and ease discomfort, leaving your back feeling lighter and more mobile.
Myofascial Release
Stiffness and pain in your lower back could be caused by tight connective tissues. Myofascial release works by applying gentle, sustained pressure to free up movement, reduce tension, and help you feel more comfortable.
Posture Correction Therapy
Slouching at a desk, standing unevenly, or lifting incorrectly can put a strain on your lower back. We assess your posture, highlight areas of weakness, and give you tailored exercises to improve alignment and reduce stress on your back.
Rehabilitation & Strength Exercises
Strengthening your core and lower back muscles is key to preventing pain from coming back. We create personalised rehab programmes with stretches and exercises to improve stability, flexibility, and long-term back health.
